Abstract(in English) This paper proposed Maximum Likelihood Detection (MLD) using symbol replica candidate selection with QR decomposition and M-algorithm (QRM-MLD hereafter) combined with Multipath Interference Canceller (MPIC) with two-dimensional Minimum Mean Squared Error (MMSE) for broadband DS-CDMA. In the proposed scheme, the mulitpath interference is suppressed by two-dimensional MMSE using channel matrix generated by pilot channel and then, signal separation is executed by QRM-MLD after multipath interference (MPI) removal. Simulation results elucidated that by the proposed scheme, the throughput of250 and 300 Mbps was achieved at the average received signal energy per bit-to-noise power spectrum density ratio (E_b/N_0) of approximately 10 and 13 dB using 8PSK modulation associated with Turbo coding with the coding rate of 3/4 and 8/9 for 15-code multiplexing with the spreading factor of 16 in 4-by-4 MIMO multiplexing assuming 40-MHz bandwidth.
