Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Future radio systems will become diversified to meet individual diverse needs ranging from low to high speed data communications. It is therefore envisaged that future radio systems may operate in a common spectrum band. They will require spectrally-coexistence techniques, such as Dynamic Spectrum Allocation (DSA) algorithms, to avoid influence inter-system-interference. We proposed two DSA algorithms so far; spectrally-segregated hamful DSA and spectrally-overlapped DSA, with the aim of applying them to two different cellular radio systems. The computer simulation results show that the DSA algorithms can track the short term traffic variation (such as variation in a day, T) by setting the averaging time of carried traffic to approximately 5×lO^<-3>T. The results also show that a total carried load with spectrally-overlapped DSA is increased by approximately 1.60-1.89 fold compared to that of a single-system case without DSA.
