Abstract(in English) This paper presents throughput performance over 100 Mbps based on field experiments using the implemented Variable Spreading Factor-Orthogonal Frequency and Code Division Multiplexing (VSF-OFCDM) transceiver with a 100-MHz bandwidth and with the carrier frequency of4 .635 GHz in an actual multipath fading channel. A van equipped with a mobile station (MS) is driven along the measurement course, which is approximately 800 - 1000 meters away from the base station (BS) with the antenna height of approximately 50 meters. Field experimental results shows that, by applying 16QAM data modulation and turbo coding with the coding rate of R = 1/2 together with the two-branch antenna diversity reception, the throughput over 100 and 200 Mbps is achieved, when the average received signal-to-interference plus noise power ratio (SINR) is approximately 6.0 and 14.0 dB, respectively, which corresponds to the location probability ofapproximately 90 and 20 % in the measurement course.
