Abstract(in English) We examine a method to provide TV Program-linked Internet Services. In TV Program-linked Internet Services, it is a serious issue when a large number of accesses concentrate on servers. In this paper, we suppose an Internet Service which provides content after another in time to TV programs, and examine a method which balances user access loads to the direction of time by prefetching contents in consideration of Internet user behavior. We evaluate our method by a simulation and show that our method can provide services for a lot of users efficiently.
