A Study on Operation Scenario Creation Environment for Network Operation Knowledge System

Abstract(in English) To improve network operation in mobile telecommunication and to troubleshoot critical failure rapidly, we are developing Network Operation Knowledge System. In this paper, we list requirements for developing network operation scenario creation environment and mention the scenario creation functions to satisfy these requirements. Finally, we define the notion of operation contentions and classify the operation contentions.
