Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Most enterprises will try to adopt the EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) technologies in order to realize the optimum performance on the overall enterprise IT system as well as that on each application system. This paper describes that the performance evaluation methodology that enables us to evaluate the performance of the integrated service based on the business process orchestration technologies. In this paper, we consider that all application systems are integrated by the broker server which has the workflow engine. We developed the simulation software package on OPNET. Using this, we can design the workflows of business processes and simulate the behavior of the broker server that can integrate all application systems based on the workflows.
