Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) IP telephony is one of the most promising applications over IP networks. Since such services are implemented using best-effort networks, it is important to design and to monitor the quality of services. To do this, it is indispensable to develop a method for estimating subjective quality accurately based on quality parameters of terminals and networks. So far, We have proposed a conversational quality estimation model of IP telephony based on the E-model. This paper proposes the extension of this model for highly interactive communications.
