| Abstract(in English) | The wide spreading of IP networks is motivating the research of Voice over IP (VoIP) services, and they will be applied to IP networks including mobile networks. However, the characteristics of mobile networks are different from fixed networks, therefore the consideration for characteristics of each of transmission infrastructures is effective to keep quality of interactive speech applications. This paper presents the procedures for reporting QoS information of packet transmission to control interactive speech applications over IP networks composed of various transmission infrastructures separately. |
