Consideration of Video Quality Control Method of Video Sequence

Abstract(in English) This report presents the basic investigation for achieving a constant video quality coding. To obtain the constant video quality, we first constructed a video sequence of the constant frame qualities by using Motion JPEG coding based on the quality-oriented JPEG Coder (QOJPEG). Then, we obtained several modified video quality sequences by using the information of the global motion activity and the effect of camerawork. We carried out subjective experiments using DSIS method on this test material. By analyzing the subjective data, we compare the overall video quality of varying frame quality of video sequence.
