Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the contents delivery service, the user's utility depends on the waiting time to get the contents. According to the former studies, the utility decreases nonlinearly in accordance with the increase of the waiting time. In the contents delivery network, various kinds of contents are delivered, and they have various attributes. The decreasing rate of the utility against the increase of the waiting time will depend on the content attribute. In this paper, a multi-class priority control based on the waiting time sensitivity is proposed in order to make the total users' utility maximum.
