Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose an objective method to measure a psychological effect caused by transmission delay of the image and sound in audiovisual communication. The proposed method evaluates psychological effect of transmission delay as participant's performance in learning of an artificial grammar, which is a paradigm in the study area of implicit learning. An experiment was conducted to examine the proposed method. The results clearly showed that the participants' performances became worse when the feedback to the participant's response delayed 300 ms.
