Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, IP telephony services based on VoIP has been progressed due to the development of IP Network. IP Network does not ensure the quality of itself, thus assessment of VoIP is required for design and management of IP telephony services. It is suggested using the E-model, which is one of opinion models to estimate comprehensively the multi-quality factor of VoIP. However the relationship between the rating factor derived from the E-model and the subjective MOS is uncertain. This paper describes the relationship between the rating factor and the subjective MOS. As a result, it is obvious that the consistency of the relationship between the rating factor derived from the E-model and the subjective MOS is not enough in several cases.
