Abstract(in English) In contents delivery service, user utility decreases with the increase in waiting time to get the contents data. The decreasing rate of utility differs according to the contents attribute. In this paper, the relation between the contents attribute and the waiting time to get the contents is clarified by the questionnaire, and the attribute used as the key factor of change of utility is shown.
