Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, a model in which information terminals including a mobile phone have a highly efficient performance by progress of IT is spreading. If such a standard is used, it will be thought that it enables us to collect operation interfaces of various apparatuses with one equipment and to perform it. However, such a device has not been provided yet. Then, in this paper, a recognition system of wrist operations is proposed by paying attention to Electro Myo Gram (EMG) which is the living body signal generated with voluntary movement of a subject. Recognition using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and neural networks (NN) is carried out. Furthermore, we try to construct ever high-speed and high-accurate system using genetic algorithm and simple-PCA.
