Abstract(in English) | In this paper, a map generation system which automated the operation which expands near an observing point and reduces other portions according to it is proposed. The proposed system transforms a map, when a user performs essential operation for reproduction of a cognitive map, and the cognition of a real map, to provide the advantage of seeing both local detail and overall structure. The feature of the system mentioned above is in the point of having realized the automatic control using the flexible power of rubber. The system was realized and its effectiveness was clarified by experiments. |
