| 抄録(和) | 特徴の両眼対応の拘束条件としてしばしば用いられるエピポーラ拘束は,両眼対応を1次元のエピポーラ線上に制限することで効率のよい対応候補の探索を可能にする.エピポーラ拘束の適用には眼球位置情報が必要であるが,この情報は眼球位置に関する視覚的手がかりである垂直視差から得ることができる.本研究では,視野周辺に呈示した垂直視差によって制御されるエピポーラ拘束に基づいて,視野中心の両眼対応方向が決定されることを示す.さらに,その垂直視差によるエピポーラ拘束の制御が,適応的かつ定量的に実現されていることを示す. |
| 抄録(英) | In stereo matching, the epipolar constraint is often exploited for reducing the search for corresponding features to a 1-D search along an epipolar line. To make use of the eipipolar constraint requires a precise knowledge of the relative eye positions of the two eyes and such eye-position information can be derived from vertical disparity once obtained. Our experiment shows that surrounding vertical disparity determines stereo matching in the central region: vertical disparity acts as epipolar constraint and can define the epipolar lines. We further show that vertical disparity controls the application of the epipolar constraint in an adaptive and a quantitative manner. |
