Abstract(in English)	When scratchs of a film and nuisance objects are in a image, we need to get rid of their occluded regions and restore them. We have proposed to use some local image vectors which is similar to the neighborhood vector of occluded image. For such restoreation the image, we only used non-occluded regins in a image considering similarity. In this paper, we consider fractalness of images for improving restorationd image quality.
