Optical Flow Estimation Method considered the reliability of the color information of the object in video

Abstract(in English) We can obtain optical flows which have robustness for loghting change in HLS color space rather than in RGB color space. We have to consider estimation accuracies of flow for each HLS value because quantization intervals in HLS color space are not uniform. We thus formulize REF (Reliability Evaluation Function) and propose a new method of optical flow estimation from color images taking into account REF.
