Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) If every website is designed to be accessible, even elderly people and persons with disability can easily obtain required information through the internet. As for web accessibility for persons with visual impairments, we have to mainly consider 1) hierarchy of web-pages; and 2) quality of selected information, because only sequential voice information is available. Our previous study demonstrated that these factors significantly affected the time of operation and thinking, an evaluation of accessibility, under the use of voice browser. Subsequently, present study revealed that the number and understandability of choice lists were most essential, rather than the sequence of the choices.
