Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It was reported that the conventional interface system for driving control had caused various human errors. On the other hand, there is a motion which is going to use Steer-By-Wire technology for the driving control system of a car. Then, the comparison of usability was conducted experimentally between the conventional interface and the other type of the interface by using the Steer-By-Wire technology. Although the significant difference of the usability between the two interfaces was not observed on the results of the experiment, there was a subject who caused mistakes in steering control of a steering wheel.
