Abstract(in English)	In this paper, we proposed the human skin color modeling and extraction method using Counter Propagation Network(CPN). This method used category maps of CPN as learning data of Back Propagation Network(BPN). And, the learning data were able to compress or expand maintaining the phase of space. We introduced the likelihood for reconstruction of the skin model and relearning of BPN. The experimental results show the propsed method is better than previous method in general scene on the complicated back ground.
