Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is important to research what kind of internal processing model we assume to the anthropomorphic interface. This study performed text reading-aloud tasks on three conditions; Human condition; participants speak to others: Device condition; participants speak to speech recognition machine: Anthropomorphic agent condition; participant speak to speech recognition machine with the anthropomorphic interface. By analysis of the pause length, how much discourse structures influenced utterance, and what kind of model is assumed for the object in each condition was examined. At anthropomorphic agent condition, utterances of participants with higher empathic-experience score tend to reflect the discourse structure strongly.
