| 抄録(和) | 高度情報化社会においては,ネットワーク利用の遠隔授業への需要が高まり,各種のe-Learning研究およびその実践が行われている.また,現在国内外で,衛星通信,光通信,ADSL,ATM,ダイアルアップ接続など多種多様な網があり,それらのネットワーク状態は様々な要因に左右される.結果として遠隔授業の教育的効果は,介在するネットワーク要因(error,jitter,delay,bandwidth)に影響を与えられる.多くの研究では,ネットワーク帯域にのみ着目した影響測定を行っているが,本研究ではその個々の要因に着目した調査を行い,ネットワーク状態に適応した授業構成を探る目的を持つ.特に本稿では,低帯域利用の通信アプリケーションで行った認知覚験について述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | To make successful teaching, videoconference based lectures have to avoid the network influences. For those reasons, the aim of this research is to present videoconference lecture experiment that allowed to evaluate network perturbations influence on those lectures, to propose original organization to avoid those drawbacks and to bring improved pedagogical efficiency in synchronous e-learning. To achieve those goals, videoconference-based lectures have been realized on a private and independent network. But to reflect real situation, the distant sites were linked by a special router that offered us the possibility to simulate hazards of the network: delay, jitter, error, and bandwidth limitation. Interaction between distant sites was available through collaboration tools, not only videoconference, but also whiteboard, chat, application. |
