| 抄録(和) | ユーザと具象化されたキャラクタ(擬人化エージェント)とのインタラクション設計において,いかにこの二者の間で信頼を構築するかを模索することは重要である.本研究では,社会的存在としての擬人化エージェントとユーザとの間の信頼構築活動としての自己開示の可能性に着目し,擬人化エージェントからの自己開示に対するユーザの自己開示の返報行動,およびその返報された自己開示の擬人化エージェントから第三者への開示伝達がユーザに及ぼす影響を検証した.その結果,擬人化エージェントからの自己開示によりユーザの自己開示が促されること,および擬人化エージェントからの自己開示という行為に対するユーザの知覚にばらつきがある可能性が示唆された. |
| 抄録(英) | It is important to consider how to construct trust between a user and a life-like agent (an embodied character on a screen) in the interaction design between them. In this study, regarding the exchange of self-disclosure between a user and a life-like agent as social existence as an activity to construct trust, the breadth and depth of users' self-disclosure and the influence of conveyance of self-disclosure toward a third-party by the life-like agent were examined. The result suggested that self-disclosure from a life-like agent promotes self-disclosure of some users, and that it is possible that each user interprets the self-disclosure from a life-like agent in a different way. |
