| 抄録(和) | 本研究では,対話相手がCGで描画されたエージェントである場合に,人間同士と同様な社会的インクラクションが成り立ち,その際にどのような気分一致・不一致効果が観察されるかを心理実験を通して検討する.実験は,被験者を快あるいは不快な状態に統制した上で,エージェントが被験者に対して快表情あるいは不快表情で同じ内容の発話(依頼)を行なった後の被験者の反応を観察した.その結果,不快な感情状態に統制された被験者は,エージェントが不快表情での発話に対して肯定的な行動をとる傾向があることがわかった.一方,快感情状態に統制された被験者は,エージェントの快/不快表情に関係なく,不快な感情状態に統制された被験者が,エージェントに快表情で発話された場合とほぼ同様な反応を示した.このことから人とエージェントとのインクラクションにおいては,人同士で一般に観察される気分一致効果が不快感情の場合のみに生じることがわかった. |
| 抄録(英) | In the scene of a face to face conversation, people exchange not only their verbal messages but also non-verbal information such as facial expressions, which express such mental conditions as their mood, emotion, or attitude. The purpose of this study is to examine how facial expression of humans influence the degree of sympathy of a character of CG drawn agent and their reactions through a psychological experiment. Our experiments have shown us that the affiliation motivations were established when the subjects were controlled negative mood through horrible or frightful pictures that are unconditionally shown and the subjects gave more assists to agent who expresses the congruous mood with its facial expression as the subjects. |
