Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We investigated event-related potentials (ERPs) elicited by perception of facial expression from point-lights motion. In the experiment, some pairs of point-light figures were set as two experimental conditions whether were perceived facial expression information on the apparent motion. In each trial, subjects were presented a pair of point-light figures, and asked to discriminate the facial expressions of emotion. The recorded ERPs indicated that the P300 components differed in the amplitudes among the some facial expression information. There results suggested that the P300 components reflected the processing of facial expression information with point-lights motion.
