| 抄録(和) | 健康増進のための運動が盛んになってきているが,運動を始めても継続できない人が多い.その理由の一つにトレーニングの単調さや退屈さが挙げられるだろう.本研究では,楽しく継続して運動を行えるバーチャルリアリティ環境をつくるための基礎研究として,運動時の映像・音楽,会話が心理・生理応答にどのような影響を与えるのかについて検討を行った.運動時の心拍数や呼吸数の変化には,映像・音楽の呈示の有無による違いはみられなかったが,映像音楽によって楽しく楽に運動できるという心理的な効果がみられた.また運動しながら会話をした場合,会話により心拍数の増加傾向がみられたにも拘わらず,主観評価では運動が楽に感じられ,運動時間が短く感じられるという結果を得た. |
| 抄録(英) | Exercise for health promotion is now popular, however, a lot of people are not able to continue it. One of the reasons for frequent drooping out may be monotony or boredom of the training. This paper reports the results of the experiments on the effects of visual image, music and conversation during exercise on physiological and psychological responses. The experiments were executed as a preliminary study for the future development of virtual environment for enjoyable exercise. As to visual image and music, heart rate and respiration rate showed no difference between "with" and "without" conditions, whereas, most subjects felt the exercise with them more enjoyable and less hard than exercise without them. Conversation during exercise caused an additional heart rate acceleration, however, it reduced the subjective physical load and the estimation of the exercise duration. |
