| 抄録(和) | 広汎生発達障害児における対人場面の感情理解について,PFスタディを用いて健常児と比較検討を行った.PFスタディの各場面を対人場面として用い,標準法の言語反応と質疑法による内的反応から文脈情報に基づく感情理解について検討した.さらに,登場人物の表情を選択させることにより,表情を介した感情理解についての検討を加えた.実験の結果,感情理解に関して2群間に有意な差は見られなかった.このことより対人場面において,広汎性発達障害児は小学校低学年の健常児と同程度の感情理解ができていることが示唆された.しかし広汎性発達障害児におけるPFスタディの言語反応には奇異な点が見られた.このことについては弱い中枢性統合の問題とあわせて論じた. |
| 抄録(英) | We examined affective appraisal of children with Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD) from interpersonal situation, comparing with normal children. They were shown PF study cards of various interpersonal situations and asked to make some verbal expressions which, they thought, the target stimulus person might utter and to guess his/her inner feeling in each situation. In addition to this normal procedure of PF study test, we asked them to select the facial expressions which, they felt, the target stimulus person seemed to show in the situations. The results showed no significant difference between groups, suggesting that children with PDD do not differ in affective appraisal of the interpersonal situations so greatly from normal children of the first or second grade primary school. However, we can not neglect several unscorable responses appeared in the PDD group. We discussed it from the impairment of the central coherence. |
