Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we introduce a new method for shot change detection. In contrast to traditional research efforts, our method is to treat video data as spatio-temporal images and to focus on revealing space features the shot change holds in the image space. First, we apply the one step edge detection to achieve cut detection, from which an edge-temporal image is generated. Second, we use Hough Transform to detect the position of slide in/out shot changes in the video. We further elaborate the algorithm and the method through some experiments. |
