Abstract(in English) Video processing has recently seen a strong demand for the innovation and application use, and is a target which many researchers in the pattern recognition and media understanding field have been tackling. Over ten years history of video processing research brought us many video processing technologies, and it is time to clarify whether the video processing fulfils the public demand, and what is the future prospect of the video processing. The panel will bring key researchers on the video processing and discussion on the significance of the video processing.
