Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To realize a novel user interface which allows a user to interact with a computer intuitively, we have proposed the ActiveCube system. With this system, a user can construct and interact with a 3D environment by using cubes equipped with an input/output device. In this paper, we describe a method to realize constructing more flexible structure by controlling recognition signals of each face of each cube. And we propose a method to implement sophicticated input/output devices, which require more I/O ports, by adding another microprocessor into cubes.
