Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose home video layered indexing using audio to detect an event. Although exclusive audio segmentation and classification was usually used, various sounds overlap in practice. Then audio which various sound overlapped was expressed by labeling layered index, moreover our method is suitable for event detection using audio. Features based on rules individually determine index generated from our method, which obtained from an output of sigmoid function. And determination and smoothing was applied in order to define index. In experiment, we show that the proposed method label four indexes of home video test data correctly.
