Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently we can read images on cellular phones. However the images are limited because of resolution and size of the cellular phone's display. We investigated a decomposition method for comic images to be read on low resolution display environments. In this paper, first, an algorithm to divide each scene into separated segments for cellular phone display is presented. Next, each segment's data is formatted for cellular phones display. Finally, a customized java program to display frames from each segment's data is presented.
