An automatic editing system of a personal video stream

Abstract(in English) Recently, the Internet environment has evolved, in proportion to high performance and low price of PC system. Video contents are available since the high-speed communication has spread. Additionally, personal video content has been loaded down into the PC system, and been delivering it on WEB, due to improvement of compatibility of computer and consumer electronic aplliance. However, the editing technology of personal video stream is newly important. In this paper, we propose the automatic editing system which centers on personal video content. To extract an important scene from personal video content, this system judges it from the sound, the camera work, and the person image. An automatic editing system of the video matched at the specified time has been achieved by using the extracted important scene.
