Analysis of User's Behavior in a Network Battle System

Abstract(in English) In recent years, with the improvement of network infrastructure, there have been many reports on network application. In these applications there is, however, the serious problem caused by network lag. Introducing prediction is one of methods for solving the problem. In this report the authors focused on behavior of users (avatars), and tried to predict it. In order to do it, prediction model was constructed by using Markov model. User's behaviors were described as events in the model. Furthermore the evaluation on parameter of the Markov model was done, by analyzing their events collected when the model was applied to network battle game.
