Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we would like to report the method of management of community and the results of analysis of audience behavior on FTTH trial, that was held in Tokyo, from 25th March to 30th September. For management of community,we have established the rules for POC users, and made initial contents for Public Opinion Channel. We were opening the support office for users during FTTH trial service. Support staff could answer the question from users, keep contents of FTTH POC, and support the management of community. The results of log analysis told that at the beginning of FTTH trial, there was more access to FTTH POC than three month later. Though we renewed the contents regularly, the number of access decreased day by day.
