Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a new error correction method of ITU-T H.223 Multiplexing Codes. The H.223 is used to realize audiovisual communication on mobile phones called H.324 Terminal. In mobile channels, it is known that the transmitted data are damaged by the channel errors caused by the phasing problem. This paper focuses on the error correction of the H.223 multiplexing codes, which is very important to the service quality of audiovisual phones. The proposed method models how the sending terminal selects the multiplexing codes. We predict the terminal's behavior by the model and correct the received multiplexing codes.
