Abstract(in English) There are some system for understanding the content of the lecture for the students with hearing impairment who learn at the university. We built a system that combined the voice-recognition system and Internet. The relation among the mis-identification and mis-conversion by voice recognition, the presentation speed and amount of information was evaluated by students with hearing impairment and the problem in the future was given.
