Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Blue and green coherent light source have been developed using Quasi-phased matching second harmonic generator with a periodically-poled Lithium Niobate crystal with waveguiding structure (WG-PPLN). The output power of 30~100mW at wavelength (1060nm and 940nm) from laser diode was couple to the WG-PPLN via optical fiber with Fiber Bragg Grating, and it provides green/blue output power of 0.2~1mW. Further, the output stabilization was also demonstrated with feedbacked SHG output, and evaluation method for the WG-PPLN was investigated.
