Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We investigate the influence of temperature distribution on encode/decode operation by the optical code division multiplexing (OCDM) decoder model in superstructure fiber Bragg grating (SSFBG) with multiple phase-shift. The ratio of the peak and a sub peak (P/W) in an auto-correlation waveform become small when the maximum difference of temperature among unit FBGs become large. To achieve the P/W>1, the maximum difference of temperature among unit FBGs is less than 3 degree C. And we have experimentally conformed that our wavelength tunable package is a temperature distribution which is satisfactory practically.
