Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Colliding pulse mode-locking (CPM) as passive has been performed on a Nd:YAG laser for ultra-short pulse and multiple-pulse generation. In addition, a GaAs wafer as a negative feedback element for 2 photon absorption of the laser beam is set at another pulse-colliding place for elongating the pulse train, resulting in generation of Fourier transform limited pulsewidth, 1.7ps.
