Abstract(in English) | Integrated and compact tunable laser was developed on dye doped plastic waveguides. 11 kinds of laser dyes were adopted and wide-wavelength laser operation region of 560~1100nm was demonstrated by using a stripped waveguides and distributed feedback cavities on the laser medium. On-demand and multi-wavelength DFB laser array chip can also be expected. As an application of the array chips, the polymerizing monitor of PMMA was proposed and demonstrated using NIR absorption spectroscopy technique at tree absorption wavelength. |
