| 抄録(英) | All-optical regeneration using electro-absorption modulator (EAM) was reviewed. An all-optical 3R regenerator utilizing cross-absorption modulation (XAM) in rf-driven EAM at 20Gbit/s and a wavelength converter using EAM in conjunction with delayed-interferometer at 40Gbit/s and 80Gbit/s are presented. |
