Abstract(in English) New ridge-type waveguide quasi-phase-matched second-harmonic generation device was fabricated by bonding and precision machining techniques. Stable high-power blue/violet light of 132mW (CW), using the Ti :Al_2O_3 laser as a fundamental source, was successfully obtained. Compact SHG laser module (32mW, 410nm, pulse) was demonstrated by frequency doubling of a tunable distributed Bragg reflector laser diode.
