Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Remote spatial profiling of wind field is needed for precise environmental research and applications. In this research, the direct detection Doppler lidar (laser radar) system has been designed and developed using a single frequency ultraviolet Nd:YAG laser. Two-dimensional wind velocity measurement was realized with velocity accuracy of ±0.22m/s at 1.5km range.
