Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Compact spectroscopic imaging device consisting of planar grating lens, fiber bundle and two-dimensional image sensor was discussed for constructing handy system suitable for in situ observation or in vivo analysis. Phase shift function of grating, and position of each fiber and image sensor tilt angle were optimized for suppressing aberration. Spatial resolution of 0.25 mm and spectral resolution of 5 nm were experimentally confirmed for 10 mm detection width with 100 nm spectral range. Size of the fabricated grating lens was 11.0 mm X 6.5 mm. Size of the fabricated device unit was 65 mm x 50 mm x 45 mm.
