Abstract(in English) A 160 Gbit/s all-opticai wavelength converter with 3R-regenerating capability is demonstrated. The 3R-wavelength converter exploits the ultrafast fiber nonlinearity to switch a 160 GHz pulse train by the incoming 160 Gbit/s data signal.
