Abstract(in English) | Polyimide substrates for polymer optical waveguides are developed. Buried optical waveguides are fabricated using perfluorinated polyimides on the polyimide substrate, and their optical properties are evaluated. 8ch-CWDMs and ADMs are fabricated using the waveguides, and are applied to network system with single-mode fiber. |
