Abstract(in English) Acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) which uses TE-TM mode conversion is suitable device for dynamic optical add-drop multiplexers (DOADM) in WDM system because of the features of high switching speed, wide tuning range. In this study, we developed AOTF for 100 GHz WDM and its module. We examined reliability of this module against temperature cycling, and have confirmed this AOTF module has a high reliability on this condition.
