| 抄録(和) | 光コヒーレンストモグラフィ(OCT)は低コヒーレンス光干渉をベースとする断層イメージング技術であり、生体表皮下数mmの範囲内で10 ～ 20 μmの空間分解能をもつ鮮明な断層イメージが容易に得られる。このOCTは提案されてわずか5年余で臨床応用された画期的な光診断技術であり、今後の進展が大いに期待できる。本稿では、OCTの現状を紹介すると共に、その問題点を指摘し、今後の技術展開について述べる。 |
| 抄録(英) | Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is the cross-sectional imaging technique of biological tissue based on the low-coherence interferometry, and it can provides clear tomographic images of the spatial resolution of 10 to 20 μm along the depth of a few millimeter underneath skin tissue. OCT is an epoch-making diagnostic technique because it was applied for clinical diagnoses only several years after the proposal of OCT. In this paper, recent progress of OCT is described, and future prospect of the technical development is also presented toward further clinical applications. |
